2. **Carrier Responsibility**: After the shipment leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues that occur during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

3. **Tracking Information**: We provide tracking information for your order, which allows you to monitor its progress. We recommend that you check this information regularly for updates.

4. **Customer Support**: If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. However, if you need assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

5. **Force Majeure**: We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

U.S. ORDERS

  • 5-7 Business Days is $8 USD. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.
  • 3-5 Business Days is $15 USD. This is not a guaranteed service so the delivery time frames are an estimate.
  • 3 Business Days [Express] is $20 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
  • 2 Business Days [Express] is $30 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
  • 1 Business Day [Express] is $45 USD. This is a guaranteed service.
  • Saturday Delivery [Express] is $75 USD. Delivery occurs on Saturday with this option.
  • For Express Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm central. If received after 2 pm they will ship the next business day.
  • For Standard Shipping Options, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

  • We use DHL to ship Internationally. The price will be calculated at checkout, once you have entered your address. Based on your location, the website will calculate the price of shipping at checkout.
  • International orders take 2-5 business days to deliver.

Canada Shipping

  • 10-15 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $12 USD.
  • 2-3 Business Days is offered for a flat rate of $20 USD.
